Accessing Your I 94 Online

  1. Go to the official site: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov I94
  2. Click "Get Most Recent I‑94/I-95"
  3. Scroll through and read the Terms of Service, then click "I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE"
  4. Provide your passport biographical data. You have the option to either
    1. Click "CAPTURE DOCUMENT" to take a photo of your passport for assistance completing the form, or
    2. "X" out of this box to enter your data manually
      1. Enter your details exactly as on your passport used during entry
        1. Full name (including middle names if applicable)
        2. Date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
        3. Country of passport issuance
          1. Type in the country and select the corresponding 3-letter code from the dropdown menu
        4. Document number
          1. Enter your passport number
  5. Click "Continue" to view your most recent I‑94 record
  6. Use the "Print" or "Download" button to save a PDF or print a hard copy

Reporting the new I-94 to OVIS

  1. Upload a PDF of your I-94 record to the I-94 Upload e-form in iDartmouth

Tips to Avoid Errors

  1. Double‑check spelling and name formats (use variations if needed)
    1. Try using the name on your flight ticket, if that varies at all from your name in your passport
  2. If you entered recently, wait up to 24 hours for the record to appear

If You Can't Find Your I 94
