U.S. Dept. of State Suspends Visa Operations in Russia

On August 21, 2017 the State Department announced that all nonimmigrant visa operations in Russia will be suspended on August 23, 2017. Currently scheduled appointments will be cancelled and applicants will be instructed on how to reschedule. The agency posted a Fact Sheet with additional information.
