Schedule an Appointment

OVIS is open for walk-in hours on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 1pm to 4pm for document drop-off and pick-up. 

Individual advising is by appointment only. Details regarding OVIS advisor availability for in-person or virtual advising appointments can be found on the online scheduling system page.  Please continue to make your appointments using the online scheduling tool and be sure to indicate whether you will be attending the appointment in-person or remotely. Note that some advising hours will only be offered remotely due to the advisor's schedule.

Schedule an appointment with:

Susan Ellison - Available for in-person appointments on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, between 2-4 pm.

Laura Hoffsis - Available for in-person appointments on Wednesday mornings, between 10-12:00 pm and Thursday afternoons, between 2:30-3:30pm.

Keriann Niles - Available for in-person or remote appointments on Thursday afternoons, from 2-4pm, and remote appointments on Wednesdays from 2-4pm and Fridays from 10-11am.         

Christian Potter – Available for in-person or remote appointments on Wednesday mornings, between 10-12:00 pm, and Thursday afternoons, from 2-4:00 pm.

No appointment necessary.

For F-1 Students:

1. Submit the e-form request
    

2. Once you receive the approval email, bring your Form I-20 to OVIS for a new travel signature

For J-1 Exchange Visitors:

1. Submit the e-form request
    
2. Once you receive the approval email, bring your Form DS-2019 to OVIS for a new travel signature
