H-1B Cap for FY 2018 Reached

Today USCIS announced that it has reached the H-1B cap for fiscal year 2018. This means the agency has received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions to meet the 20,000 "master's cap," and the 65,000 regular H-1B cap.
