USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for all H-1B Petitions

On October 3, 2017, USCIS announced the agency was resuming premium processing of all H-1B petitions.

Premium processing (expedited processing) of H-1B petitions was temporarily suspended beginning April 3, 2017. Since that date the agency has resumed processing of certain types of petitions, and now is making the service available to all H-1B petitions. Premium processing requires an additional filing fee of $1225.
