U.S. Dept. of State announces phased reopening of Embassies and Consulates beginning July 15, 2020

The U.S. Dept. of State posted an announcement on its Twitter page on July 13, 2020 announcing it would begin a phased reopening of Consulates and Embassies for visa services on July 15, 2020.  The agency recommended that visa applicants check the website of the specific post for reopening details.
