Fourth Circuit Upholds Injunction Against Presidential Executive Order Banning Travel

On May 25, 2017 the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision upholding the lower court's preliminary injunction stopping enforcement of the March 6, 2017 Executive Order.
